Every Envoy Internet field representative is strictly bound to our professional conduct protocol. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive sales tactics or misrepresentation.
- Identification: Reps must clearly display their digital or physical Envoy verification badge at all times.
- Transparency: Reps must disclose that they are an authorized agent acting on behalf of the underlying Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Do Not Knock: Reps are prohibited from soliciting at addresses actively displaying a "No Soliciting" sign or addresses registered on municipal Do Not Knock registries.
If a representative violates these policies, please immediately report them using the Verify a Rep tool or by contacting the Compliance Desk.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to evaluate service availability, process your order, and maintain your account. This includes name, address, contact information, and billing details.
Data Sharing: Envoy Fiber, LLC does not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers. We share your information exclusively with the underlying ISP and installation technicians required to fulfill your internet service order.
Security: We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS) for all data transmission and enforce strict access controls on internal customer databases.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel any order placed with an Envoy Internet representative prior to the physical installation of the service equipment without penalty.
Depending on your jurisdiction and the specific ISP, you may also have a statutory "Cooling-Off Period" allowing you to cancel the agreement within a specified timeframe (typically 3 to 14 days) after signing.
